I had enjoyable 2 nights in this hotel that's why I enjoyed that.

Airy units and efficient staff.

The venue was original, I appreciated the stay and the location was perfect close to Harrogate and Knaresborough, Harrogate, Harlow Carr. The queen room I stayed in was stunning with characterful touches. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

All of the staff were welcoming, polite. The breakfast had plenty of fruit and croissants.

The place is fascinating and characterful. The atmosphere of the hotel is charming. Excellent service is offered here. The location is ideal, 4 km from Countryside Live.

Our stay here was wonderful, superb base for exploring Harrogate. Exceptionally comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and central heating, an iron/ironing board and a work desk in the room. Nice restaurant provided vegetarian dishes. The place was reasonably priced.

Its location and food where great, and for us everything was very clean. The rooms were compact with characterful touches.

It is intimate place to stay in Harrogate, in my opinion.

fantastic value for money and an exceptional experience. the staff was particularly pleasant and we really enjoyed continental breakfast. attractive view, a lovely balcony, really nice bed, too. clean pool and sandy beach.

The staff were graceful and the stay certainly was excellent value for money. Everything was as lovely as it could be. The beach was ideal. Well heated room, nice bed, luxury bathroom. The staff did all they can for a fine stay.

Rich breakfast, very amenable staff, good sized beds. Good standard and comfortable modern room, we loved it. Hotel was centrally located for a wedding ceremony. Also, great yorkshire show event venue was 5 km away.

Handy location, fairly clean, lovely bed, faultless staff. Loved the well presented room. The restaurant was top, helpful service, exceptional food. The experience was very delightful and I will be back.

Staff and food are EXCEPTIONAL, I liked the secure atmosphere. All in all it's spotless place, they have comfy beds.

The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and the location was great. We stayed in the family room and enjoyed it. The breakfast spread was free of charge, there were a good choice of alright options. A free parking was available on-site, superb services.

The street, it was noisy.

A charming hotel in Harrogate. Big bed and amazing staff. Food was great! Besides, we had free Wi Fi.
